Amber Man
Amber Man (アンバーマン) is one of the Jewel People from Cronos, in the service of the Gyandlar.
He is 1.82m tall, weights 8.65 tons and has a hardness of 8 due to his amber body. Amber Man lives as a hermit on Cronos, having very little time for anyone else, even fellow Jewel People Dia Man and Ruby Man, though many suspect if you get past his icy personality he could be a warm ally. Especially as he owns the Phoenix Armor, part of the legendary Hyribead, and can control the primeval beasts Rockdon and Rockgiran.

Rom Stol, Leina Stol, Triple Jim, Dia Man and Ruby Man then arrived to try and reason with Amber Man but they were attacked by Gyandlar on the way, and the hermit mistook the Machine Robo as the aggressors and captured them as well. Cross Rock then arrived and tried to convince Amber Man of his error, but Garudi also showed up - and with Diondra was able to trick him into believing the Gyandlar were the wrong party. Amber Man shared what he knew of the Hyribead with them, after which Diondra attacked him. As the battle developed he realised he had chosen wrongly as his fortress began to collapse, and planned to die with it. However, Rom persuaded him to join the Machine Robo; touched by how much he and his friends cared for each other, Amber Man decided to join them - also gifting him the Phoenix Armor.
