Kaiser-G
Kaiser-G (カイザーG), originally Doctor Kaiser (ドクターカイザーが), is the commander and creator of the Disasters.
Transformed by an accident during the first Machine Robo experiments, Kaiser-G plans to test the fortitude of the human race by subjecting them to numerous disasters. He uses Jay and later Colonel Hazard as his catspaws to keep Machine Robo Rescue busy, while working on a powerful body for himself within Hell Island.
For some reason said powerful body looks like a shark in a skirt.

Along with Brad Bitou and Hikari Suidōbashi, Doctor Kaiser was one of the key creators of the Machine AI. However, when the military began to get involved Kaiser vehemently objected. He prematurely activated the Machine AI, causing a huge explosion. His body vanished in the aftermath Activate, Kaiser-G! as his mind became merged with the AI system, becoming Kaiser-G. A Looming Catastrophe! While his former peers worked on the disastrous commissioning of Stealth Robo left Brad Bitou to instead reshape his plans to form Machine Robo Rescue. As Bitou put his organisation together, Kaiser-G did the same - creating the floating Hell Island and the Gurra Goros before recovering Stealth Robo and abducting Jay a year after he returned to Earth following the loss of the Mars Investigation Team, brainwashing the orphan to believe his purpose was to be a warrior for Disaster. Be Reborn, Jay!
Keeping out of sight at Hell Island, he tasked Jay with studying MRR with the Gura Gorros and Stealth Robo. After Jay's repeated defeats Kaiser-G directed him towards the Machine AI Laboratory where Stealth Robo's K-BOY was being held, allowing him to recover the Tank Robo and activate Stealth Robo's Hyper Mode. The Invincible Hyper Stealth Robo! Nevertheless he counselled caution from Jay, planning a series of schemes to sow the seeds of MRR's destruction. Arise! Siren Galley Robo However, despite Jay's various sorties gathering copious information on MRR Debut, 30000 Metres! he still failed to destroy any of their Machine Robo or their pilots. As a result, Kaiser-G built Colonel Hazard to take command and changed tack, instead creating the BL Machine Robo. Realising this new dynamic threatened Jay, Stealth Robo attempted to call out Jet Robo to secure their place, but was ultimately defeated. Enter! BL Machine Robo Jay and Stealth Robo were subsequently lost at the Space Agency. Stealth Robo's Fierce End When they were recovered by MRR both Jay - with his brainwashing undone - and Stealth Robo joined Kaiser-G's enemies, with Colonel Hazard unable to destroy the latter to keep Disaster's secrets from MRR. Jay, Join the MRR!
Nevertheless Kaiser-G's work on forging himself a body continued unabated. The Strongest Combination! Machine Commander Robo V Even though Hazard was no more successful than Jay had been he realised Hazard's use in gathering resources and allowed him to continue in his service while construction continued. Daichi's Resolution Jay and V Stealth Robo later thwarted Kaiser-G's plan to use a satellite's microwave energy against Earth. The Greatest Errand of All Time However, his plans were coming close to fruition and when Jay and Makoto arrived on Hell Island, Kaiser-G was confident enough to openly taunt the pair as they discovered some of his secrets, and after their escape telling Hazard that things had gone to plan. The Secret of the Disasters
While the data the pair gathered allowed Brad Bitou to realise Kaiser was behind Disaster it was too late; with his body completed Kaiser-G began his plan to unleash the ultimate disaster - triggering the Pacific "Ring of Fire" volcanos. MRR mustered at full strength to intercept and seemingly destroyed Hell Island, only to reveal Kaiser-G's gigantic completed body underneath. Kaiser-G easily swatted Jet Robo and V Stealth Robo out of the sky before pinning the rest of the Machine Robo down with his gravity powers, and blasting them with his fiery breath. Activate, Kaiser-G! He then triggered the volcano on an island, taking out Jet Robo and V Stealth Robo. Unable to fight him, the rest of MRR withdrew, concentrating on evacuating the civilians in the area, and then being unable to do more than help those left in the wake of Kaiser-G's trail of destruction. While MRR were able to recover Taiyoh and Jay while destroying both Hazard and BL Police Robo, Kaiser-G continued unabated to Tokyo, using his powers to set the meteorite Tartarus on a collision course with Earth. A Looming Catastrophe! MRR again made a full sortie to combat him, but once again found themselves unable to get close enough to attack Kaiser-G, with even Machine Commander Robo unable to attack. However, their efforts gave Professor Tōru Suidōbashi chance to work through the encryption of the data taken from Hell Island and find Kaiser-G's weak spot. Inspired by a speech from Brad Bitou, MRR members Taiyoh, Makoto, Daichi, Shō, Ace, Susumu and Jay were able to climb inside Kaiser-G. While the traps inside his body were able to expel Taiyoh and Jay, the team were able to plant explosives that disabled Kaiser-G long enough for V Stealth Robo and Shuttle Robo to turn their attention to Tartarus. Kaiser-G attempted to stop them, but was knocked into the meteorite by Machine Commander Robo V and exploded as the rock was deflected back into space. All Hands on Deck, Save the Planet!
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Kaiser-G debuts as a disembodied voice in "Blazing Fire Fighter!", is first identified by name in "Enter! BL Machine Robo", glimpsed partly for the first time in "The Mysterious Superhero Captain Miracle", is first seen as Doctor Kaiser in "The Secret of the Disasters" and is finally seen fully for the first time in "Activate, Kaiser-G!".
- The whole merging-with-the-AI thing and his general motivation to test humanity by destroying a huge chunk of it are kinda rushed past without many questions being asked.
