Masako Katsuki

Masako Katsuki (勝生 真沙子) (Born 15 October 1959, Aomori) is a Japanese voice actor. Her roles include Sailor Neptune in the Sailor Moon franchise, Tsunade in Naruto, Reccoa Londe in Mobile Suit Gundam Z and Arcee in both the animated and live-action versions of Transformers.
