IDW Publishing (Idea and Design Works) is an American comic publisher founded in 1999 by Ted Adams, Alex Garner, Kris Oprisko, and Robbie Robbins. They first came to prominence by publishing 30 Days of Night in 2002 and more recently the acclaimed Locke and Key.

In 2006, they began doing work based on Hasbro toy franchises, notably Transformers.

In 2018 someone also realised that this included GoBots as well and unleashed the insane Go-Bots mini-series on the public.
