Fiction[edit | edit source]
Challenge of the GoBots cartoon[edit | edit source]
The GoBot form was devised by the Last Engineer to survive the worsening conditions on GoBotron caused by the Renegades sending an asteroid into it, with most Gobeings upgrading to become GoBots as a result. GoBots are almost entirely robotic, though they still have organic brains. Cy-Kill's Escape The GoBot form has a neural interface that connects the organic brains with the robot bodies, Guardians running on Alpha frequencies and Renegades running on Beta frequencies Whiz Kid It can also be put through a Modifier, giving it the ability to convert into another form - though this is usually only seen in the planet's security force being the Guardians, or the Renegades .The Fall of GoBotron Apparently before the Renegade leader Cy-Kill departed to build their new base on Earth Battle for GoBotronthey had already been visiting the planet for over 200 years In Search of Ancient GoBonautsand had Earth vehicle forms "Et Tu, Cy-Kill"
Notes[edit | edit source]
- The Gobots know a lot about Earth and Humans either from gathering information about it during their visits or they too had and did the same things (as Gobots or Gobeings). In one episode Turbo and Leader-1 didn't know what Dinosaurs were
- It can be assumed that most Gobots (aside from the Guardian Dive-Dive and Renegade Water Walk) will rust as they seem to avoid most or all contact with water
- Gobots still have parts from their organic body before they became cyborgs which includes, a brain, tongue, digestive organs (If the drink they're seen conserving for energy is an earth drink)
- It is not known if or what or Gobots eat, one episode shows them consuming a sort of drink and another shows Scooter drinking several cans but it is not known if it's a human beverage, oil or some other substance they brought with them from Gobotron.
- Gobots apparently have ‘Recharge pods’ that resemble normal bed
