Synopsis[edit | edit source]
Rom and Leina watch from their Power Riser suits as the parts of destroyed Gyandlar Devils are turned into fresh troops and immediately returned to the defence of the Gyandlar mothership. The pair confront a gloating Garudi, who targets their suits. Outside, huge falling shards of ice sent by Diondra's Phenomena weapon and the endless cycle of Gyandlar troops are keeping the rest of the Machine Robo army pinned down. A stray gigantic ice shard hits the mothership, knocking Garudi out with a block of debris. He receives a vision of a spaceship crash featuring Rom, Leina, Kirai - and an unknown blond boy. When his head clears he manages to escape further into the mothership when the Gyandlar Devils join the fight. Grujios meanwhile finds the disabled Wrestler Robo and takes control of his body. Outside Battle Gyror is seriously injured and sacrifices himself blowing a hole in the ship, allowing Blue Jet, Triple Jim, Min, Blackbird Robo and Falcon Robo can get inside. Rom and Leina get separated by a bulkhead door and while she fights Gyandlar Devils, he ends up face to face with Diondra and the Devil Satan 6; Rom disarms her then converts to Baikanfu and prepares to combat the giant.
Once inside, Jet's team finds a battered Leina surrounded by bodies of the Gyandlar Devils; while injured, she is more concerned with begging her friends to find and protect Rom. As Baikanfu battles Devil Satan 6, Rom lets his guard down, allowing the Gyandlar to unleash a suicidal move with burning acid spilling from his head. At the last moment Baikanfu is able to kick clear and watches as Devil Satan 6 is destroyed. Rod Drill is also able to get inside the ship along with Pro Truck Racer, Tough Trailer, Combat Buggy, Bike Robo and Land Commander 5, while at the Battle Base the fight is being watched by Kendō Robo, Dia Man, Ruby Man, Harley Robo, Jeep Robo and Header. Dia Man takes the Wolf Sword from Header, planning to get it to Rom and help in the attack. Kendō Robo and Harley Robo set out to do so but are jumped by Grujios in Wrestler Robo's body. He stabs Harley Robo when the latter realises what is happening. Devil Rock is able to hit the base with missiles from Varigale-X, and Grujios uses the power outage to escape with the Wolf Sword and the Dragon Helmet. Deep in the Gyandlar mothership, Baikanfu chases down Diondra but finds his path to the Phoenix Armor and Lion Shield barred by Garudi. Rod arrives with troops to back him up and Min tells Rom of Leina's injury. Outnumbered, Diondra and Garudi withdraw and tell Gadess of the situation. An enraged Baikanfu follows them to his throne room and shrugs off a challenge by Garudi before slicing Gadess down the middle. However the Gyandlar commander is only a hologram - the real Gadess taunts Rom but doesn't show himself. Diondra breaks down at the idea that she has been serving an illusion while the remaining two Hyribead elements have also disappeared. Meanwhile Leina's life hangs in the balance as Jet tends to her as best he can.
