The Guardians are buried alive!

Synopsis[edit | edit source]

Leader-1 and Turbo are battling Cop-Tur and Crasher in a mountainous region when Cy-Kill arrives and secretly attacks the Guardian leader. Turbo valiantly throws himself in the path of Cy-Kill's blast, saving his commander. However, the fury of the battle has triggered a rockslide! The Renegades retreat, leaving the Guardians to the fury of the avalanche. Turbo encourages Leader-1 to save himself, but the Guardian commander remains behind to shield his comrade.

In the Command Centre, Scooter and the Guardians' human allies are worried when their comrades' signals are lost. Matt and A.J. accompany Scooter on a rescue mission. Scooter digs his fellow GoBots out of the rubble and they prepare to return to their base to recharge and repair.

Upon reaching the Command Centre, Nick informs them that the Renegades have begun an assault on the city. Though Turbo is too damaged to accompany them, the ragged Leader-1 and Scooter leave to confront the Renegades. The battle goes in the Guardians' favour, but they are unable to capture the Renegades. Both sides retreat to recuperate.
