Synopsis[edit | edit source]

In the Sky Castle, Grujios bombards Rom Stol with hallucinations so he can read his memories - finding out he is actually an alien to Cronos himself, having arrived by starship with Kirai, Leina and another sibling; the psychic attack knocks Rom out. A telepathic message from the captive Leina wakes Rom up but he is promptly attacked by the resurrected Jingi, and calls up Kenryū in response. Elsewhere in the castle, Triple Jim and Canary are also under attack - from the undead Kina and Koron. Outside, Blue Jet has returned to Elie with Falcon Robo, Blackbird Robo and Harrier Robo in order to rally the townsfolk and raise more support; Pylon reacts angrily to his daughter going to the castle, leading Rod Drill to accuse him of cowardice. Grujios meanwhile reveals he knows his prisoner is really Leina and not Canary, and it was part of his plan for luring Rom to his death.

Zagam and Mizuchi join Jingi in attacking Kenryū as Jim and Canary also arrive. Kenryū slices Jingi in half but the Gyandlar captain is rejoined instantly while Zagam knocks the Wolf Sword away. Thanks to a distraction courtesy of Canary's key - Kenryū gets loose and regains it, using the blade to shatter the illusion around them; Rom then uses the Shot Slash attack to blast the reanimated Gyandlar clean out of the castle. In Elie, Pylon reveals the secret of his power is a miniaturised black hole but claims it is too dangerous to use on the Gyandlar. Up in the castle, Grujios finally arrives to challenge Kenryū. Thanks to Gadess' power any wounds he receives heal instantly. However Kenryū is able to shatter his armour; his snakelike real form attacks Leina but Rom merges with Baikanfu and kicks him through the castle wall. Even that doesn't kill him and he reappears with his undead minions but Pylon arrives on Jet and explains how to use the key to open the black hole and vanquish the Gyandlar forces, who are sucked into oblivion. Leina thanks Rom for being such a good brother as everyone celebrates.
