Synopsis[edit | edit source]

BattleHackersE04027.jpg

After their run-in with RIM, Pro Truck Racer and Mach Blaster are now running with the rowdy Battle Hackers - R. JeTan, Garzack, Header, Abarar, Legger and Taildar, who think nothing of running Police Car Robo and Porsche Robo off the road. Meanwhile in the Grand Whale an alarm sounds - RIM has located another Gurendos attack. In command after Pro Truck Racer was reassigned, Rod Drill leads out a huge force of Silver Wolves and White Thunder troops to deal with it. The movement is spotted by the Battle Hackers, who decide they want a piece of the action too. RIM then detects a second Gurendos attack - on the Wheelmen, who have Akira, Luke, Zen, Patricia and Mia onboard. They are being chased by Kariagen and a squad of Teppodamans, who are slowly closing in on the group.

Kempō Robo and Dia Man watch their plight helplessly from the Algo Republic, with RIM suggesting they ask the Battle Hackers for help. Unimpressed by their plea, R. JeTan initially refuses but Mach Blaster insists they intervene to save the humans. R. JeTan is unmoved but Mach Blaster sets off anyway, soon followed by Pro Truck Racer. Meanwhile the Wheelmen are running low on fuel from the chase, which has now been joined by Gakurandar, while Sorikondar and Suji plant explosives on the road ahead. F-One Jack narrowly dodges one of Kariagen's salvoes thanks to Akira's reflexes but the chase is taking its' toll on Hot Rod Joe, who spins as his machinery begins to wear. At that moment Sorikondar detonates the explosives, seemingly killing Joe and Luke, while Sorikondar and Suji move in to finish off the rest. However, as Sorikondar lines up his shot Pro Truck Racer appears behind him and Mach Blaster appears with Joe and Luke, battered but safe. The Gurendos try to make a break for it but are shot down by Pro Truck Racer. However, Gakurandar, Kariagen and the Devil Satan 6 have also arrived with a contingent of troops. Pro Truck Racer and Mach Blaster prepare to throw themselves into what looks like being a hopeless battle until R. JeTan and the rest of the Battle Hackers arrive. Their firepower wipes out most of the Uwappas, and Gakurandar calls a retreat. R. JeTan switches to his jet mode and gives chase, shooting down more of the troopers. After he returns to the ground the group thanks him for saving them.

Notes[edit | edit source]

BattleHackersE04053.jpg
  • This is the first appearance of R. JeTan, Garzack and Sorikondar's idiot sidekick Suji.
  • It's also the first time Gakurandar has been involved directly in the plot after a brief showing in the intro to the first episode; he gets a seriously undramatic entrance, just appearing in with Kariagen's attacking forces after the commercial break.
  • For all his hype, R. JeTan shoots Kariagen directly in the face without doing much more than knocking his head back slightly.
  • The generics under attack from the Gurendos as Rod's forces mobilise look an awful lot like Rom Stol and Leina Stol.
