Ruby Man (ルビーマン) is one of the Jewel People from Cronos.
He is 1.98 metres tall, weighs 8.1 tons and thanks to his ruby body has a hardness of 12. Ruby Man is strong and brave, but prone to hot-blooded behaviour - i.e. he sees red a lot.

Rock Robo[edit | edit source]
- Ruby Man (1986)
- ID number: MRR-8
- Accessories: Hard Spear
- Ruby Man was one of the Rock Robo in the Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos toyline, and coverts from robot to ruby stone. Ruby Man has good articulation at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees - though the arm movement is restricted by the cowling around the shoulders.
- The same figure was issued as Flamestone in Rock Lords by Tonka, with no significant changes. It is unclear which version of the figure was released first.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- While Ashi Productions generally tried to stick close to the toys for the animation models in Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos Ruby Man seems to be one of the occasions where they used a little... creative licence.
