Synopsis[edit | edit source]

On Quartex, Magmar lured Boulder and his tribe into a trap, leaving only Marbles free to call for help. He contacted the Guardians on GoBotron, but the RoGuns answered the call instead. Rifle and his comrades traveled by Command Center to Quartex. Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Challenge of the GoBots Season 2 was a virtual continuation of the original show related by Vector Prime (from his multiversal perspective) and Cy-Kill (who lived it).
    • In realities where this story aired on television, it premiered on November 12, 1986.
  • This episode title was first released in an Ask Vector Prime post on December 21, 2015.

Continuity notes[edit | edit source]

  • Snoop & Cy-Kill appear in a Renegade Rhetoric framing sequence not part of the episode itself, explaining how Cy-Kill is aware of these events to relay them to his audience.
  • Boulder's typical entourage of Crackpot, Granite, and Pulver-Eyes are presumably present in this episode during the opening trap, just not identified in the summary.
  • Although they were introduced separately in "The RoGun Ruckus" and "The RoGuns of Mars", Rifle and Scope are now identified as partners, matching their toys which were packaged together.
