Kim Raymond (born 1957) is a British artist with a career stretching over 30 years, mainly working in the UK including Judge Dredd (notably contributing to the "City of the Damned" epic) Judge Anderson and Tharg's Future Shocks strips for 2000AD, published by Fleetway. He also drew for licenced properties including M.A.S.K and Starcom.

He also took over the art for the Eagle's The Robo Machines from Mario Capaldi from the seventh instalment onwards, and - aside from the 14th instalment, which was drawn by Geoff Senior - stayed with the strip until its' conclusion. His art is among the best-received aspects of the strip, with an excellent sense of scale and dynamic action.

Towards the end of the eighties Raymond sadly grew tired of the growing role of licencing in the comic industry and instead went to work for Disney (sic).
