« History

1993 was the only year of the entire 1990s to feature new Machine Robo figures - the line's first since 1988, and what would be the last until 2001. The year also saw a similarly short-lived European revival.

Bandai revived Machine Robo as CG Robo.

Toys[edit | edit source]

Bandai launched a belated successor to Robo Machine, featuring a mix of reissues of 1980s figures and new moulds drawn from CG Robo. The line only appeared in Europe, and for copyright reasons the figures were unable to use their "classic" names.
